We only use custom-sawn timber from veneer grade logs to provide the straigtest grain possible.
 
Each kit includes:
2 Pre-Bent Rear Leg Blanks - Rough Dims: 45-3/16" x 1- 5/8" x 1-5/8"
Rough Taper is already cut and the leg is bent to shape.
2 Front Leg Blanks - Rough Dims: 27" x 1- 7/8" x 1-7/8"
Seat Rungs - Hard Maple, Ash or White Oak
2 Long - Rough Dims: 23" x 1-1/4" x 1-1/4" (Includes 1 extra)
3 Short - Rough Dims: 19" x 1-1/4" x 1-1/4" (Includes 1 extra)
Lower Rungs - Primary Hardwood
2 Long - Rough Dims: 23" x 1-1/4" x 1-1/4" (Includes 1 extra)
5 Short - Rough Dims: 19" x 1-1/4" x 1-1/4" (Includes 1 extra)
3 Slat Blanks - Quarter-Sawn - In sequence - Rough Dims: 22" x 4-1/2" x 0.027"
You will need to adjust the curviture of each slat - USE A HEAT GUN and the method described in the manual.
2 Arm Blanks - Rough Dims: 20" x 3-1/2" x 1-1/2"
The stock for the Arm Pins is in the off-cuts from these blanks.
